Rep. Spam Help Debunk

Fri Sep 30, 2005 at 05:06:58 PM PDT

My brother in law and his entire extended family are Republicans, despite this my brother in law is a kind man and I often think if I get him enough info I can turn him around. I send him info weekly from this site mainly and try to pick away. He's surrounded by small sphere of influence as they have a family owned farm and all work closely together. He usually doesn't respond but lately he's been replying and in a huffy manner, and sending the jokes(about Teddy) and info that gets circulated in his circle.

Below is the latest and I need help debunking it Please!

Sheehan smear poll: Oreilly Freep!

Thu Aug 18, 2005 at 11:09:26 AM PDT

Bill continues to smear Cindy and now he wants to know from his viewers if that's ok. Last night he ended his rant with the poll question below-

"Do you respect what Cindy Sheehan is doing?"

I really hate to add traffic to his site but with that said I would love to hear him read on air to his viewers that Cindy is more respected than not. The poll is on the front page here is the link. Inspired by ColdFusion04

Poll: China Image Scores Better Than U.S.

Thu Jun 23, 2005 at 02:53:37 PM PDT

I think the fact that there has been a "slight" increase, as reported below, in favorable views of the U.S. shows that a majority of the world's population wants to hold the U.S. in a positive light. However the fact that they view China, in every country polled except Poland and Indonesia, more positively than the U.S. shows how disconnected our policies are with the world consensus. Acts of evil are all too pervasive in this world, so the world wants to see the antithesis, not an agent of these evil acts. They once looked to the U.S. for this comfort, and now they are more willing to believe it could come from China?
